The Fairfield Inn & Suites Cheyenne is a superb value, pleasant, and exceptionally comfortable 3-star hotel. The staff is super-friendly and amazingly nice, always on hand. The hotel offers outstanding breakfast with plenty of meal options. Located conveniently close to the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens.

The outstanding breakfast had good choice of meals and the food I tasted was great. Location: the hotel was near the clinic Mom had to go to the next morning and Close to Botanic gardens.

My reservation was messed up and didn't show up in the system, but they were very kind and accomodated me anyway. Found out the next morning that my name was in the system with no spaces between first/last name, causing it not to show up under my last name. Not really a problem because they took good care of me anyway!

I had a really nice stay during my visit to Cheyenne. I'm glad I chose this hotel. the staff members were super friendly, making the experience enjoyable. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located just 1 mile from the airport, which is a great bonus!

The breakfast was fantastic every morning. Fresh scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, fresh fruit, and various pastries. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location very convenient. WiFi connection was good.

The air conditioner was a little on the weak side. There is also only one ice machine on the third floor.

We found the prices at the hotel to be reasonable. the staff were pleasant during our stay. - the hotel's location was excellent, close to various dining options.

The lobby and breakfast were excellent. Fresh plentiful scrambled eggs, juices, waffle, yogurt, milk, coffee, morning paper. Friendly, fast, courteous staff.

We had a really comfortable stay during our visit to Cheyenne. the location was marvelous and convenient, being close to downtown. the hotel was so close to the mall, the clinic my Mom had to go to, the airport, and various restaurants and eating places.

I had an excellent time at this wonderful hotel with fairly quiet rooms. The location in a peaceful area was marvelous. The room had good facilities. Great service was provided here.

It became my favorite place to stay in Cheyenne. the food was great - lots of options. - the personnel was welcoming and fast, doing their best to assist.

The pool was open late. We were able to watch the fireworks from the grounds and still take the kids swimming after. The rooms were beautiful.

Wish the breakfast was open a little bit later.

Even though located close to the military airport this is a perfect location for an overnight stay in Cheyenne. Very quiet and clean, great service and comfortable rooms, generous breakfast. Shopping facilities and an Olive Green Restaurant are in short walking distance. Our very quiet room was directed to the parking lot on the top floor.

The hotel is in an excellent position in a quiet area. The staff are amazingly nice and accommodating with smiling faces. The location is right by shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions in town and downtown.
